รายละเอียดงาน

● Calculate Net Asset Value every business day
● Prepare GL accounting and trial balance sheet which includes calculation of fund’s expense, mark to market, reconcile interest CA and dividend, and etc.
● Review and cross-check transaction’s instructions to submit to Trustee
● Prepare fund's prospectus and submit to SEC via OFAM
● Report of proxy voting rights on behalf of fund
● Prepare a 6-month and 1-year annual report of fund
● Submit reports to SEC within the 20th day monthly (the date of the report applies to the last working day of the month)
● Maintain and observe the company’s principle and norms and strictly follow the company’s
policies
● Others as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

● Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields
● Have solid knowledge and experiences in mutual fund operation process and related work
flow
● Can prepare all documents related to mutual fund operation
● Keen in using operation software such as Bonanza or others
● Good Microsoft Office skills
